How To Change TitleBar Button Caption

I want to change the caption of Minimize button of the titlebar. I've searched the forum and Google but found only examples of adding new buttons.

I guess the caption of Minimize button is the character 0 of Marlett font. My idea was to send it a WM_SETTEXT, but I can't find any way to get that button's handle.

Please help me to :

(a) Find the titlebar buttons' handle.
(b) Change the caption of the button.

Then there may be a way to draw on the button's dc ?
