Is there a way to change my IP through code,

    Thanks

i don't think so, that is determined by your ISP.

    well actually,
you can change ur ip address and IRQ but it would have to be done offline as once connected this will be r assigned ip until reconnected. However if your using a permanant connection then your ip doesnt change and some isp's assign you an ip when you register and therefore cannot be changed.

I've been thinking about this concept for quite some time now. And have come up with this...the only way you can change your ip or mask it while connected will have to be to change the outgoing packet headers, which, to my knowledge, contains the ip. So you would have to edit those header on the outgoing packets and in windows it is virtually impossible...while in OS's like unix and linux it is very easy to do, there are MANY instructional websites that will help you with that. So if you have a windows system running i wouldn't even bother.
