simple HTML q.
Heya,
i've just put up an under construction site: http://www.prosentis.com
I put an image in the same folder but its not showing? I thought if the image was in the same folder then the most I would need to do would be to proceed the image name on the src with a / ?
ie:
Code:
<img border="0" src="pros.png" width="338" height="133"></p>
Not showing tho, any help please ??
Cheers
Chubby..

Re: simple HTML q.
Well, for starters the image "http://www.prosentis.com/pros.png" can never be found, there is nothing wrong with your code, but you might want to check that the image really does exist.

Does the image file have the right permissions? (the same as the htm file)

Or upload it again, it might've been corrupted.

Thanks Guys. Appreciate the help. Could be permissions I suppose. The site is new and I'm unable to use ftp thru explorer so have to resort to CMD'ing FTP. (not sure how to check permissions with that??)...
I put the file up in short format (pros.png), ProSentient1.Png, Prosentient2.png and even a jpeg and tried them all...... no joy...
Definitely exists tho. in the same dir as the index.htm
??
Cheers.

Re: simple HTML q.
Does your host have a control panel through which you can upload the files manually?
