Display VB form in Word
Hi all.
After I've opened Word like this:
VB Code:
Dim wordApp as Word.Application
Set wordApp = New Word.Application
With wordApp.Application
.Documents.Open [I]Filename[/I]
.Visible = True
End With
I want to display a vb form containing a list of values that can be entered into the word document. The problem is that if I show a form after the code above, Word is being send to the background and my form is shown on top of my vb application.
Also how can I make sure that this vb form stays on top if I relocate the cursor in Word?

Re: Display VB form in Word
Welcome to the Forums.
You will always get the active window/form appearing infront of other applications. If your form is large then it will cover Word. Do you want the users to be able to work in Word and your Form at the same time?
To make a Form always ontop you need to use some APIs.

Look at Method 3 in this post from the VB FAQ thread.
