    crystal report merge modules

    i have creted an installer using visual studio installer..I m using merge modules for the crystal report 9 to make it run on clietn machine. the problem is that few files such crviewer9.dll cannot register on client..how ever when i do it manualy using regserv32..it works on 98 but in windows xp the whole installation roll backs. any help thanx
