That means that someone rep'ed you who doesn't have the necessary number of posts for his/her reps to actually count against your rep count.

Aside from that,
if multiple reps cancel each other out on a post, you will see all of them in your User CP (both positive and negative ones), and, if they left comments, you will also see them on the post rating information, although the overall post rating will revert to "Even" as you suggest.
