    Need urgent solution

    In my project i have download option.in the site when i download with a particular userId i get the data saved in MS word format.but when my Client with the same userId starts to download she gets blank document.I have MS2003 in my system and my client has ms2000 and ms2002.I also have chcked with ms2000 and ms2002.Kindly help me what can be the problem.

    I've had problems trying to open a file from a website directly into Word XP. I have to save it first usually.

    I have tried that option also. first i opened it then save it.It was saved then for my client why it is not saved .plese tell me what can be the lacking in her system
