    Bandwidth

    How would i got about monitoring my bandwidth up/downstream.

    You would have to create an app the actually transferred data back and forth to a host on the otherside of where you are testing and monitor and count the amount of data passed through.

    i think youd have to use a packet editor like on pscode.com, and then...beats me

    Yes, you would either write a program to do it or get a program that already does it. I was under the assumption you wanted to write the program. Perhaps you just want a program that already does it?
