How to make the textbox to accept password ?

What is the question?

How about this:

If ucase(text1.text) = "PASSWORD" then msgbox "Password Good"

Just replace "PASSWORD" with "title". You want your password validation to be case sensitive so its more secure.

If Text1.Text = "title" Then
    MsgBox "Match"
Else
    Msgbox "No Match"
    'Do something like re-prompt the user to re-enter the password
End If

You can also set the PasswordChar property to an "*" on the Textbox so it will display an asterisk instead of the actual characters being entered.

That would be the PasswordChar property of the textbox. You can place the * or whatever character you want to displayed there, and it will show that character for each keypress.
