It has to be installed under Whistler as well, since VB keeps what version it is in your system.

The logo comes because the Object libraries required for
Professional or enterprise editions are missing...or not in the required format.
and with the working model edition you will not be able to compile projects to exe.

I know, but I just tried it and was surprised of the 'Working model edition'.
