Transmit Data
Hi all,
I have done a little bit of Mob development, but will soon need to transmit data from the Pocket PC "in the field" to the server in the office.
I know it will involve GPRS, connections etc, but if anyone could point me in the direction of some background/code/examples etc, I would appreciate it
thanks

Re: Transmit Data
OK, so I got stuck again
All the samples tell you about calling web services etc, which is great.
However, they don't mention the mechanics of connectivity, and what needs to happen to execute it.
e.g. I want to call a web service to transmit a file to the server from a PPC in the field. I want to use GPRS.
A web service will work, but how about connecting? How do I specifiy GPRS etc?
Help appreciated
