Doubt in Microsoft Certified Programs

Hi guys,
I wish to do the course Microsoft Certified .Net or VB Professional. I need suggessions and help. Where to do? What is the syllabi? Where to approach? Books informations....What is the rules to attend exams?.

Sorry about that. I searched for "microsoft certified" in this forum. Quite a few threads on this. This is a good thread to check out about where and how to study.
