I heard that too on the news that they complain about it overseas. We never had any problem with ours so it must be that they send the crap cars to the US. just kidding. Seriously, we never had any problems, but it must vary from car to car. Although, parts are pretty expensive so I wouldn't like if something went wrong, but still, in europe, it is much cheaper then parts for Japanese cars.
