I just want to read two signals over the COM port. The signals are zero or 0,6 Volts (0V is digital 1 and 0,6V is digital 0 in my program).

I've searched this bulletin board but I couldn't find a good answer to this problem. I think i'ts simple but can't get started. Must I use the MSCOMM OCX?
