Using VB and Excel

My question is: Can you reference html.xla in such a way that your program can use tthe functions contained therein, i.e. HTMLconvert?

Or if not how can I convert excel to Html automatically?

I've tried adding a reference to html.xla which contains the HTMLconvert function but I can only add it as a related document.

I'm confused!
