Hi, most you know me, and know that I am a School Teacher, and not a hacker/cracker. I'm just looking for a dvd ripper to back up my movies to my hard drive in case something happens. Therefore I can just be safe. This isn't anything illegal because it's just for back-up purposes. (If .cda rippers are legal, so are dvd rippers).
If it comes out that the rippers are illegal, I shall immediately delete this thread.
So if anyone has a ripper or a link from which I can download, I'll be happy.

    Thanks

Yes, I am aware of that, but did you know that 1 single Blank DVD costs $25, and most movies on DVD cost around $15 - $20. So I dont think it is worth buying the $480 DVD-RW and then pay $25 per blank DVD.
Anyways, I searched download.com and I found two of them.

DVD movies cost a pretty much standard £20 here (as far as I've seen).
