Lightbulb Psudo AI - Language Tricks (Got Code?)

I remember reading about back in the 80's a popular little app that got ported to all the best BB Boards and did one thing rather well, using a few tricks of language and a few clever randomisations you could easily be fooled into thinking you were talking with a real person.

First - does any one remeber what this program was called: I think it had some girls name but I forget...

Second and more importantly has any one got a PHP script that does a similar trick. I'm going to be mushing it into a few other GNU GPL Freeware scripts and will let other have it after under the same freedom.

    So [[Got Code?]]

    all help apriciated.
