    Asp.nt vs visual Web Dev 2005 Express edition

    Hi there All

    Im a powerbuilder/VB (.net & 6) programmer. Im thinking of moving more into the web development side of things. Been told that ASP.net is a good kickoff point. I see there is also products like visual Web Dev 2005 Express edition. Is this similar to Asp.net or what. I see there is a beta version of visual Web Dev 2005 Express edition but can for the life of me not manage to download this.

    Currently, there is ASP.NET 1.1. You use Visual Studio 2003 to develop ASP.NET solutions. A new version of ASP.NET, 2.0, is coming out, and for that you have Web Dev 2005.

    So essentially, same thing
