    Control the Scanner?

    Is there a posabliaty to make a program that uses my Scaner?

    Is there a way to do this without using licensed software? I don't want to fork over $100 for a hobby project. Besides, I dont want to distribute anything other than the absolutely neccessary things with my program. I want to keep it as simple a possible.
