the simplest (although not most efficient) would be to have images of the arrow at various angles. Then, based on a location of the end of the cursor, you replace the image in the picture box. Otherwise, I think you will be having to redraw the arrow everytime the cursor moves.
Not relating to your question, but when I saw how you bump your thread, I thought I'd say this:
As a general rule, you should bump your thread once a day !!, not every half an hour, like you did... and I think everyone else on this forum would agree with me on this, right people ?
Maybe you should imagine you are someone voluntering some time to help others out. Would you comply to Posts Nagging Wining en ordering you to make an efford? Calling people a creep will not persuade others to help you neither.

And thank you, you have been a very big discouragement for me, and I think I won't be helping (in any way) any newb's anymore.
At least, all this is a somewhat a positive thing for me, because I won't be wasting my time helping people anymore without expecting anything back from them, like what I do here on the forums. Do I actually know any of you ? No... So why am I helping ? I have no clue... just for the satisfaction that I helped someone I don't even know ?
