hi... any idea how to do dis in crystal...
General Unit Manager: A
Unit Manager 1
Sales Counselor1
Sales Counselor2
Sales Counselor3
Unit Manager 2
Sales Counselor1
Sales Counselor2
Sales Counselor3
so on and so forth...

Use group by fields. It depends how your fields are structured in the database, but basically in crystal create one group by general unit manager, one group by unit manager and a third by sales counselor.

thanx!!! the problem is i use recordset in vb to group them. i only call their unique ID and their category for me to group them
