Re: Sql Server 2005 License
If it is a Beta/Preview/Demo version (which I presume it is), you are only allowed to use it for the specified period.
If you want to use it once it has expired, you should purchase the full product (or get the next Beta/Preview if it the full version isn't available yet).

M.Zafar Iqbal,
This is not a forum to steal products. Many of us have product out there so I don't think that we will tell you how you get around the trial period.

Re: Sql Server 2005 License
Indeed, and many of us actually pay out of our own pocket to use software too.
Before you try asking a simlar question again I suggest that you read the the Acceptable Use Policy of this site, as even asking is a violation of a couple of the site rules.
If you want a free alternative, try looking at the SQL Server section of Microsoft's site , where you can download MSDE (and I think the 2005 equivalent too). If that isn't good enough, you can get a Developer version of SQL Server for a very low price.

Re: Sql Server 2005 License
I may be wrong on this but if its like most new MS software it should have asked you to Activate the softwre. If it did then reformatting your system will not work as the license number and information about your system have been sent to MS as part of the activation process. If you try to activate it again it wont let you stating that its already been activated.
