I have a problem here with XP styles.I had included in my program the manifest for XP styles.I had make the package and I had installed in annother computer.This computer have the Windows XP and in the appearance in the display are set to Windows XP style.When I start the program,I got two sounds and the program don't enter!
Any help please,why this happens?
Must I add some file not included in the package?
Yet about manifest,I finc the problem it was a file resource...How can I make the manisfest be a file resource?...because I need install something with my package,like a.dll, to file.exe open the XP style, right?
I just add the manifest to the file.exe,trought PE Resouce explorer,but I think it's not enough!
Here is a list of files that you need in your project from the two files you sent. It does not take ino consideration any additional files that you need to add that are not actually part of the project.
Thanks for inno setup.I had use a few times the inno setup too,but I have a few problems with him,and when I compile the file you had send to me I have this error:
==========================================================
Error 60:
source file c:\server data\randem\develop\vb6 redist files\msvbvm60.dll" does not exist
==========================================================
If I chance the source to:
source file c:\windows\system32\msvbvm60.dll
I have this error:
==========================================================
Line 60
Attempt to deploy file dll from own system directory
See the "Unsafe files" .......
=========================================================
and I finc the others sources files have the same problem.
Any suggestion?
Annother think is about manifest...this file you had send to me,contain all the files I need for run my project with XP styles?
Thanks

Of course you can't find the file the script was created on my computer not yours. You would have to create the script on your pc. Of course you would need to install ********** first. Look in my signature for it.
