Is there any site which I could test my codes for uploading and downloading? I hope someone could give me a URL...

Yeah, but you'd need a hosting account to be able to upload. There was a thread in chit chat a while back on the best free hosting providers.

but only use that if you wanna test uploading and downloading. The popups and banner ads give me a headache.

I think they support asp. Thanks to popup blockers no, there's no popups, but the thought of having popups is just off.

Try the educational package at Brinkster, it's free and supports asp with no banners.
