page cannot be displayed RESOLVED

if i look at the form in my browser then it appears ( using url)

if other people try to look at it given the same address then page cannot be displayed.

the asp page is connected to a database and the url will be a simple ipadress/project/webform.aspx

any ideas

Where are the other people in relation to you - on the same network or external?

What is the IP address? Some IP's addresses are local available only.

Sounds like to me that with the URL you have supplied they cannot physically connect to your machine.

my firewall was preventing users over the internet to view the pages
