I'm trying to delete some subscriptions from the User CP and it seems no to be working. I'm checking the desired subscriptions, selecting Delete from the drop-down list at the bottom and pressing Go. I'm sure I've done it that way in the past.
Somethin mucho funky goin on. I still can't delete subscriptions. I even tried to delete the most recent one and it didn't work either. I thought I'd try to work around it by creating a folder, moving a bunch of subscriptions and seeing if I could then delete the folder. When I tried this it said invalid subscriptions selected. Again, when I tried the same thing with the most recent subscription the same thing happened. What the...?
Hey is anyone else having a problem view things (ie: avatars, new thread button,...). Also when i click on stuff like search and thread tools nothing happens.
Thanks
Andy

Hello!!!?!?!?!?!
Is this ever going to be fixed? Is it even being looked at? Are the admins even aware of the problem? Some ackolwdegement of the issues would be nice. At least then I'd know to sit on my hands. But a going over the 300 subscription mark, I'd REALLY like to clean it out....

PS: I did find I can unsuscribe....one thread at a time....
PS-part deux: And now I foind I can't even move them to another folder! What gives? Is this a result form the "upgrade"? If so, it's time for a patch.

Actualy, I found that I could, but only if there had been a reply and I get the Unsubscribe link in my CP. I imagine I could also visit each blasted thread and use thread tools to unsubscribe.... but for 300?.... nah....
I'll make sure JPnyc takes a look at this. He is our forums software expert. He can see if the problem is happening on other forums as well and then track down a resolution.
I assume you've all made sure you have javascript enabled and stuff like that....

That's cool, at least now I know some one will be looking at it.
Yes, js is enabled... I found that if I visit each thread, I can then use the Thread Tools menu to remove the subscription, but that could take some time!
I know that based on this thread, Joe (JPnyc) looked into a mass unsubscribe type feature and found that there was not such a thing in vBulletin already. I also know our DBAs don't want to do individual queries because that could become a nightmare really quick.

?? OK, I'm confused then.... if I view all subscribed threads, I can select a check box, then at the bottom is this menu:
And it's that option that isn't working. Or are we talking about two different things altogether?
And the move to another directory part doesn't do anything either.... I tried doing that and it barfed at me.
In fact, when I try to move a subscription to a different folder, I get an error message saying "Invalid Subscribed Threads specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the webmaster"
I'll ask Joe to take a look at this and see if he can address the issue where the feature seems broken (as mentioned in techgnome's post)

Thanks Brad and Joe and whoever else may have had a hand in fixing the subscription deleting issue. I was assuming that not being able to move subscriptions was a different manifestation of the same issue, but I guess not.
