Several questions...

I have several questions:
1. How can I connect to an atomic time server to get the time (or get an ActiveX control to do that)?
2. I know that a screensaver is an EXE with a .scr extension and other tweaks. How do I make a .scr screensaver in VB?
3. I know how to do textfile IO in C++, but it is an absolute hell for me in VB. How do I do it? I already looked at the MDINote example, but it didn't help much.
