Microsoft Exchange reply to address
Hi the situation here is that we have lots of teams each with 4 people, the all send e-mails using Microsoft Outlook and Exchange 2003, but we want the replies to these e-mails to return to the whole team. I have set up a distrubution group with the 4 team members in it, so they can then set the from address as that distrubution group. The problem with this as it then looks like it comes from this group rather than the person, and e-mails sent directly to that person still only go to that person. Ideally I want the reply address to look like [email protected], but incoming mails to [email protected] go to the distrubution group.
Sorry all very confusing but any ideas are most welcome.

Check out Yahoo Groups. My dad has one for his Golfing Team, and it works out well.
