Yes, but some members (such as moderators) don't send receipts, and I find it hard to imagine that the message would be deleted from their inbox if you deleted it from that section after they had read it.
After sending it we could delete it in the list, question is, will the recipient still receive it?
And may I ask, are all PM's 100 percent sent all the time?
I'm pretty certain you will receive it, but let's try an experiment. I will send you a PM now and immediately delete it from my Sent list. Let me know if you get it.

Actually I still do have an inquiry, as I stated in my original post, are all PM sent 100% all the time? And is there a way to actually re-read the PM you have sent?

Sure. Just choose cancel when it asks about the read receipt, but I strongly encourage people to not do that.
Thanks. And at the bottom of the sent items are the unread items that have been sent
Seems like I always end up with a half dozen unread sent items when I download my messages. I guess that's how they did it, if they did read the message.
