Windows System Server Ad Grabbing Cursor
Recently I've noticed that I will be typing away when all of a sudden my keystrokes don't appear on the screen. Could it be the ad? This has happened before.

Re: Windows System Server Ad Grabbing Cursor
What are you running, OS, Browser, hardware?
I had noticed that on my old system PIII550 the caret wouldnt appear at all because of the Ads and animated similes taking up allot of resources.
Is it during a Quick Reply or a Slow Reply?

XP Pro, IE 6, hardware (what are you after?). Anyhow I don't think it has anything to do with that since as I said this has happened before.

Have you tried with another browser, like .... dare I say it... Firefox?
I never look at the ads, they don't bother me, and I've never had any issues like that on any site.

My screen has hung about 4 times in the past three days, trying to open the brassring page. I found that hitting F5 resolves it. I'm using Fx.

I use IE mostly. But so far it only done it to me in IE. So far I haven't had a problem yet since it last done it a few hours ago.

There is a new one that is slowing down pages. I had to allow JavaScript to the site, but it still delays things for a half-second.

FireFox disables most Javascript related nasty behaviour, so you probably won't see it in that.

Just happened to me a few minutes ago. Typing and looked at the box and only part of the message was there and the cursor was gone.

Re: Windows System Server Ad Grabbing Cursor
Things have been going from bad to worse for the past few hours. Each page seems to be hung up by bs.brassring.com or something close to it. It hangs my system half the time, and I hit F5 to reload, and it works. Something isn't right, and I don't know if it's JAVA script that isn't being recognized as it seems to be coming from this site, or that it is an internal problem. It's getting annoying.
