Error shown in VS.net2005beta
Hello...
I created an asp.net application using vb.net2003..
now..I converted it into vb.net2005..
And it gives me just this one error...
Code:
Error 1 It is an error to use a section registered as allowDefinition='MachineToApplication' beyond application level. This error can be caused by a virtual directory not being configured as an application in IIS. c:\inetpub\wwwroot\onlinetest\backup\onlinetest\web.config 39
I checked the settings in IIS...its configured for execute permissions for this project,but,i dont know what is wrong,please help me...

Hey Robdog...
please put a copy of this message in vb.net forum since many people working on vb.net might be making asp.net apps too using vb.net..and they might not be viewing this place..Thats why,i had put 1 here and 1 copy there....please try moving a copy there if possible

You need to PM a Super Mod or Admin since I dont have Mod Permissions over the ASP.NET forum.

Open IIS, locate the appropriate folder, right click > Properties then click on the "Create" button.
