Re: Lunatics - Welcome to our project!!
A Turn Based Shooting game? No offence, but it sounds boring. The only really good turn based 3D games are the Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic games. At least they aren't boring. I mean, driving around in a vehicle (or standing for that matter), would be boring in a turn based game.
Bang bang. [stop]
Bang Bang. [stop]
Kinda doesn't beat:
Scwithcss swtihcwdfsdf.. [stop]
[jump] sdfwhetrwer, lightning [stop]
You'll know what I meant if you've played the games
Also,
If your "programmers" have finished the game engine, shouldn't they be able to program the game code? Also, to test a game engine, you really do need artists which can do all of what you describe above. I doubt your "programmers" created "their" game engine without testing it along the way.
EDIT:
Really, if you want a good 3D turn based game, buy every game ever made by Bioware Corp.
Aswell, looking at your site, I see "Nector Round Table Knights. You then rule some parts of the planet and have some special abilities". This turns me away from your game. If I'm a nub, I'll be up against people with powers I'll never be able to achieve. Kinda makes the game biased towards the people who download it first.

This is funny. I just looked back here to see what chemicalNova wrote and I was surprised to see that raladin changed the name of the location this was copied from vbforums.
I have to say this this ad has turned me off from even looking at the website. It looks to much like a recruiting poster for programmers than someone actually asking for help with a specific issue. Sorry for the negativity.

No problem. Critisism (SP?) is allways allowed though, as long as it is wrapped up in a nice manner...

Re: Lunatics - Welcome to our project!!
I know a bit about game design. I've played enough different types of games in my 16 years to know the difference between a boring game, and an exciting game. I didn't say the development would be boring; it could be quite fun! But, the whole idea of a Turn-Based shooting game, would be boring. Do you know what turn based games are?
