Weird Keyboard Problem
This is among the top weird things I have ever seen in a computer. On this Toshiba notebook you have to press the ' key twice to work. You press the key once, nothing happens, so you press it for the second time and now it types ' twice. The same if you want to type ". You have to press the key with Shift twice and then delete one of them . I haven’t checked what happens if I hold the Shift down and press the ' key and then release Shift and press it again. I wonder what it would type in that case, I’ll check and let you know.

Ok, I found out what was wrong with they keyboard. Nothing! This is actually a feature of United States - International keyboard that you can type all sort of weird characters NÖte Me uses, like ÏÖÜË.
