    USB camera connection not in MyComputer

    Using windows XP, I can't get my USB connected camera to show up under My computer.

    IT shows up under device manager correctly,
    disk drives, sorage volume and USB controllers all correctly list the camera
    as a connected device.

    However, it does not show up as a free drive letter under MyComputer like it should.

    Any ideas?

    See if there is an updated driver available. What make/model is it?

    I dunno.

    I took it home and it connects to my home pc fine.

    I can't find any drivers on their site. It's usb on XP.
    I am now suspecting some setup options from IT here at work.
    My co-worker has a memory stick but it's unusable unless he only logs into
    workstation only.

    :sigh:

    You prob done this, but try connecting everything before turning the camera on.
    Using Windows XP Home sp3
    Mucking around with C# 2008 Express
    while ( this.deadHorse ) { flog( ); }
