    Firefox popups

    I never used to get popups on firefox and i have started getting them.

    Does anyone know the problem?

    People who make the ads found out the hardway that they only work for IE, so they tried finding ways to bypass this problem, and figured it out. So much for FX's pop up stopper.

    I hope that AdBlock will be updated soon. I client couldn't get it installed as it now only works for versions up to 1.0.4! I installed it on 1.0.5 and it's still running on 1.0.6, though. I hope that means that an upgrade is in the works.

    Maybe the popups only work with versions > 1.0.4?

    Deer Park Alpha 2 I believe has improved popup blocking (popups are abit of a gray area atm, Ad Companies trying to find new ways around the blocks..). Its quite stable, so I would recommend switching if you wish to see if it helps.
