regfix dialog from www.registrycleaner32.com

Hi,
I've this pop-up coming all the time saying that the registry on the machine is corrupt. This essentially is some spam as my system is working fine. The sites mentioned on the Message Dialog boxes are : http://registrycleaner32.com/ and http://wupdate.com and htttp://www.regfixup.com.
I've Spy-Bot and Zone Alarm installed on my machine and it seems they are unable to detect this I use FireFox so IE problems are ruled out.
Has anybody faced this problem before and how did you tackle it?

Do you have AdBlock? You can right click on most of those. I also block java on many sites. Most of them run without it, but once I allow it, then I've seen a few of those ads. Allapi even has one.

What is AdBlock? Is it some setting of FireFox? I couldn't find it.
I can't right click on any of these. What's the solution for this irritating problem? I do have some Adware-Spyware softwares, but even they seem to be ineffective.

I tried to install it somewhere tonight, but it won't install on v 1.0.6, but it is running on my system right now. I upgraded it from 1.0.5. I may have it on my hard drive. That may make a difference, but I'm not sure.

Obvisously this company www.registrycleaner32.com
is missusing the MESSENGER service.
I got also same time - via backdoor ?? - two virus to my XP PRO.

c:\windows\spdcheck.exe (backdoor.win32.SdBot.aad)
c:\windows\system32\rdriv.sys (Rootkit.win32.Agent.p)

So, this is really nice advertisement to the this company
www.registrycleaner32.com. Hopefully they stop intruding to other's computer.

I solved this problem temporarily by Zonelab firewall. Setting all programs to ask before taking connection to the internet and BLOCKING ALL traffic from internet.

So, a lot of thanks to you www.registrycleaner32.com. Continue similar marketing strategy missusing Messenger. I guarantie, that I WILL NEVER makes anykind of business with this company or people involved to this company. So, *******s, good luck !

Turn off Messenger Service. You only want that if you are behind a firewall, so that you can communicate with users on your network.
