Windows XP Tablet Edition ?
My friend has a tablet laptop . When I checked the properties , it says Windows XP Tablet Edition , so is this special release edition of XP just for tablet LT ?

Yes, it is. It supports the touch screen among other things.

Just a semi-related question... You know those tablet pc looking remote controls for entertainment systems and smart homes, do they run Windows Tablet OS' also are they all proprietary systems? I think Sony makes one?
