Online Roleplaying Game

I've recently been attempting to construct what will be an independant style online RPG. With little to no development, the fan-base is reasonable, and people have shown alot of interest so far. However, working from code-bases/Engines is something which has become quite difficult and frustrating.

As a beginner programmer in Visual Basic 6 I have come to realise that my skills in this area are not good enough to be able to build from engines, due to the many bugs arrising.

I'm posting here in the hope to find somebody willing to help make the engine stable, and helping me to add the necessary features required to make the game what it will be (These are only tiny things as the engine has quite a few features so far).

However, there is no funding or income for the game, nor it's server, so all experienced programmers willing to help will be doing so for zero profit, which I apologise for.

I'm not looking for anybody perminant unless they wish to stay, I just need some help.
