Technical Terms
I found these technical terms for common every day events in New Scientist:
Explosion = Spontaneous Rapid Disassembly Event
Fire = Uncontolled Thermal Event
Bursting = Unplanned Loss of Containment
Crash = Deconstructive Deceleration

Fast - Velocitous and expedient change of displacement from a given spacial coordinate. e.g. in "fast" vehicles, often attributable to adornment with acceleration enhancing decals referred to colloquially as "Go Faster Stripes".
