Computers on the locan network.

How do I get a list of workgroups/domains on the network into a listbox. When I select a domain, a want to list all computers in the workgroup/domain in another listbox.
I know how to add an item to a listbox, but i don't know the code for getting the domains/workgroups, and the computers inside them.

Please help me.
