Uhmm.. OK, I'll take a crack at it..

Title of thread would be the name of the book, author, and publishing date, like:

"Microsoft Access - Inside Out", John Viescas(MS Press) 2004

Develop a simple rating system and Have that be in your post reviewing it, such as
- Mediocre
- Has some good info, but may be hard to follow, or contain incorrect info, etc.
- Average book, ok for reference, but not great for learning
- Great book if you need to learn something
- Exceptional - Everyone in the field should read this book.

Then your review would follow, such as:

This book is great for anyone who develops MS Access applications exclusively, or needs to know every aspect of them for uses in making VB applications. There is a decent chapter on using VBA for applications, but I would not reccomend this book for a casual user of Access, as it is more in depth than most people would need.

Then, subsequent reviewers use the same thread for their review of the same book.
