I know a few people who make a living doing web design for companies and the like. THe price really differs from customer to customer. Some are willing to pay alot for a fancy job, and some want to just throw ten bucks at you for a five minute job.

i would like to do a web design for a customer who has the skeleton of the of a web application. the customer ask me to do a research on the price quote for designing and this is my first time doing . thus i need some advise

If this is your first time to do such then it maybe good not to ask for very high price, take it as your learning experience then in your succeeding projects you could demand more.

Here in the Philippines some would do the job for as low as 5,000 pesos, I just dont know there in singapore.
