Coolness
I'm sitting here grinning with glee. My VS2005 Beta pack arrived this morning.
Just thought you should know.
Now I'm torn between this and GTA San Andreas
I don't live here any more.

Re: Coolness
Beta 1 or 2? I've got 1, it's my first ever DotNet and it's so alien to me.

Re: Coolness
Beta 2 has been available for a few weeks now. You should upgrade to it. Its still free too.

Re: Coolness
Either search here at VBF for it or search MS. I think you should be able to find it with a "VS 2005" criteria in the VB.NET forum.

Re: Coolness
I got mine by ordering the discs from here...
http://www.microsoft.com/emea/msdn/b...ngb/order.aspx
This is for the UK only though, so you may have to scout around for your regions equivalent.
You need to use IE to make this page work. MS doesn't like Firefox for some reason .

Re: Coolness
I bet Delphi 7 which is a few years old now still offers more simplicity and enterprise tools then Visual Studio 2005.
