ICQ is a really great prog where you can see who of your friends (who also have ICQ) are on-line). Then you can send them Instant Messages, Files, ... If you spend a lot of time on the Net, ICQ is a must-have...

My opinion is the following:

ICQ stinkz, it takez up lotsa ram, itz a useless piece of junk that crashez other programz including it self! Itz slow sending messagez, it slow recieving them! It enablez otherz to hack you eazily, and it expandz the risk of getting nuked quite a few timez a day when u have enemiez! The only good feature is the "send file" feature because itz fast! Other than that, I recommend MSN Messenger or AIM!
