Color in vb
suppose i want to display a text in a text box with 2 different colors..
like this Record 2 of 5
how do i go about it

Use a rich text box - the standard one wont do multiple colours

No but it can be done in a picturebox

And you could put the picture box in a panel of the status bar to make it look like it was being done by the status bar.
