Mass password changing

Ok, at my work, we have the domain admin account, and then each workstation has its own local admin account that comes with XP. We want to be able to push out a new password for the local admin account to each computer.... Our domain controller is a windows 2003 server. Is there an easy way to do this? Like using scripting or something?

any way... you probably can, but probably wont be eassy. i dont believe there is an api to do this, but i think there is a way to do it thought the command prompt, but not sure
