Unhappy Report using MS Word template and save as PDF

I have been given some documents in word format(lots of tables). The idea is to use the word document as a template and save the official copy with the data filled as a PDF. Which would be the easiest way to do this using VS.NET 2003 + Crystal Reports and MS Word.

    Thanks

If you get your report into Crystal Reports then you can use the CR Viewer control to display a preview of it and enable the
Export button to export directly to Acrobat pdf.

CR is more robust then Word and you can also give other export formats too very easily.

Basically you would create a new CR report that mimics the Word template. Then this would be your CR template so to speak.
