See if there is an option on their homepage for settup of an Outlook client.
Some don't allow relaying from a client, such as Hotmail, but most do.

Ok, this happens when Outgoing message. Looks like YPOPs can't handle outgoing services, such as Replying and Composing message. I just ask our admin to make me an account and set the mail server as my outgoing and to yahoo account, YPops handles incoming (localhost) services.

Is this a Yahoo account that your trying to send from?? Unless its Yahoo Mail Plus or what ever the paid service is called, it will not work.

Yahoo, yes. I just set the outgoing from a friend's mail server. It's ok now and thank you.
