Same person 100 usernames....
Is it possible? And those 99 others would just give rep to the remaining 1?

Re: Same person 100 usernames....
Well anything is possible but you would have to post at least 20 posts for each account just to get a single rep
point from each account. Total posts = 2000!
How long do you think it would take for someone to try that? Many months at least.
All that work and run the possibility of being Banned just for a few rep points?
I know it would be identified easily by the Forum's Rep auditing functions.
Note: it would more then likely be a permenant Ban too, btw.

Re: Same person 100 usernames....
I am not thinking of doing it but I believe others have done it, same person but with different usernames! I'm proud to be dee-u and it will remain as it is!
BTW, couldnt those 99 ask 20 silly questions in a month or week? Well, 99 points would be yummy for the sacrifice of getting 20 post per username....

99 usernames asking 20 silly questions each = 1,980 posts. It would take more effort and time then its worth.

It's awfully tempting to get an alternate id in the event that you get bahned but I've never done it, and haven't seriously considered it, either.
Others have, though.

If you know about anyone doing this, you should PM me or an other Moderator, Administrator, because making an other account to rate them self is stepping over the line.

Another thing to consider is the each user name has to have a unique email address, so you would have to create 99 internet email addresses, and keep track of which email address went with each user account.
Seems like way to much work for something as silly as rep points.

What on earths' the point of that? The only satisfaction I get from rep points is knowing that I have helped someone else. To me they are a token of thanks from other people, repping myself would give me no satisfaction at all. Even if it did for someone, it would be obvious to any forum regular what they had done (99 rep points in a month?) and they would look silly.
