I assume you know what a fifth root is?
    i.e the fifth root of 32 is 2 or 2*2*2*2*2 = 32
so 32^(6/5) = the fifth root of 32 to the sixth power
since we know the fifth root of 32 = 2
    32^(6/5) = 2^6 = (2^5)*2=64
